Durian Fruit

This edible fruit has a hard external husk covered with spines and contains five oval compartments, the pulp there are five chestnut-sized seeds. Durian is mainly cultivated in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

It has a sweet flavor but has a pungent odor. The pulp can be used in a variety of sweet and savory dishes. This is a popular fruit in Southeast Asia and is nicknamed the “king of fruits” as well.
