Zucchini-Yellow

Yellow zucchini (also known as “golden zucchini”) does not taper at the neck like yellow squash. Apart from the obvious color difference, the only distinction between yellow and green zucchini is that yellow zucchini has a little sweeter flavor. Zucchini is a long, cylindrical vegetable with a consistent diameter from end to end. The yellow zucchini’s blossom end is blocky.

Yellow squash, often known as summer squash, has a long list of health advantages. Vitamins A, B6, and C, as well as folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium, are abundant in the vegetable. That’s a really nutrient-dense vegetable. Manganese is also abundant in yellow squash.
